If you would rather pay via another method such as direct deposit or credit card you will need to email or phone your order through to be processed. email@example.com or 0404 864 507 (during business hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm).

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you purchase online and change your mind, you must first make contact and obtain return instruction prior returning the item. Items will only be accepted if they are deemed unused, undamaged and are returned with their original packaging and tags.
In the case of a fault in manufacture, please contact us and return the item for assessment, we will either repair the item or replace it for you without charge.
All returns and exchanges must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once an item has been received and checked a refund will be issued via the same method of payment, less cost of delivery. To cover yourself against loss, we recommend using a traceable method of shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if this policy is not met.
